Your account identity (name, email, sign-in records, managed by our authentication provider Clerk), the content of your client workspace (projects, messages, documents and files you or we upload, approvals and e-signatures you give), invoices mirrored from our accounting system (Xero), and the notifications the Hub sends you by email (delivered by Resend). Data is stored with Supabase and the site is hosted on Vercel.
The Hub exists to deliver the services you have engaged Tudorvale for: the lawful basis is performance of that contract, or our legitimate interests in running a secure client portal. E-signature actions are recorded with your explicit confirmation at the point of signing. We do not run analytics or advertising in the Hub; the only cookies are those needed to keep you signed in securely.
You can export a copy of your data from Account > Data export at any time. Under UK data protection law you can also ask us to correct or delete personal data, object to or restrict processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Requests to info@tudorvale.com are answered within one month.
Workspace data is kept for the duration of your engagement and for as long afterwards as we need it to meet legal, accounting and professional obligations, then deleted.
